The Weekend Committee is all about the logistics - where are we holding our weekend and what do we need to have for supplies?  We have inventory lists of supplies ranging from the rector's manual to paper towels.  From well before the weekend, we find the locations for each weekend (a couple years in advance) and at the tail end, we make sure there is a clean-up crew for the closing.  We need your help for any one of the 5 items below:

 1.  We urgently need a person to do phone work to get us the locations for each weekend. We provide a starter list of locations and contacts.

2.  A person to stuff the 4th day packets with about 8 different items, all of which we provide to you.

3.  A person to make sure the rector boxes for team formation are stocked.

4.  Someone to store some of the boxes of weekend supplies OR to shop for supplies. We supply the shopping list and, obviously, you will be reimbursed.

5.  A person to find a steward or two (on call person during each weekend in case the team has emergency needs, ranging from more water or food to other emergency needs) and clean-up teams.  These can usually be a specific prior cursillo class, a group reunion group or an ultreya group. 

 Each of these tasks is fairly simple when we divide up the work.
