120th Women’s Cursillo
Arlington Diocese
July 7-10,2005
Let the Word of Christ, rich as it is dwell in you. … Sing gratefully to God
from your hearts in psalms, hymns, and songs of the Spirit. And whatever you do,
whether in speech or in action, do it in the name of Jesus our Savior, giving
thanks to God through Christ. (Col 3:16-17)
The above Scripture passage speaks of Christ’s presence in the written word and
in our hearts. Each person on the 120th Women’s Team is called to share her/his
experience of Jesus with others. This is what Cursillo is all about.
The 120th Women’s Team asks you for your continued prayers and palanca during
this time of formation which begins on April 24th. We also ask your prayers for
the women who respond “yes” to God’s invitation to make this Cursillo Weekend.
Palanca may be emailed to any team member or mailed to
Natalie Brunson, 5604 Farmwood Court, Alexandria, VA 22315.
Mananita will be at Missionhurst starting on Sunday morning at 7:00 AM.
Gather at 6:45 AM. Please assemble quietly to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
Closing (NO MASS) will be at Our Lady Queen of Peace in Arlington – 2700 South 19th
Street, Arlington, VA 22204. It will begin at 4:30 PM. Please be seated by 4:15.
Reception will be in the Fr. Ray Hall. Please bring heavy hors d’oeuvres and
beverages to share.
